Faith
1. Cling tightly to your faith    1 Timothy 1:19    Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck:

Faith brings answered prayer    Matthew 15:28, 21:22    Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith:  be it unto thee even as thou wilt.  And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.   Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.  And all things whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.

You do what seems irrational
And then justify
Your doing it.

What exactly is faith?
Faith is like laughing first
And brooding later;
You rejoice at an aspiration
And then trust
That it will come about.

What exactly is faith?
Faith is like thanking first
And supplicating later;
You believe you have it already
Even though you still
Have not prayed for it.
