Dance Upon The Wind

I'll let my thoughts

of her

         dance
                      upon the wind

dance in the wind
                  all day long...

all in my mind

 I will float to her
        even though
                I wasn't looking for her...

but some how she came

          and found me

 and changed my whole world
            before I had a chance
                          to react...

She wrapped her warmth
          around me

 kissing me
         in all my right places

 tingling kisses

 her chilly winds blows
            about me

 strumming
        through my hair....

 playing songs
     ballads
           in the midnight
 
 lifting me
       to higher places

 dragging my insecurities
             into the trash can
 of my memory

 blowing all my fears
           and doubts away

 whispering sweet nothings
 
tenderly in my ear

holding me
    loving me
          covering me
 wrapping herself
about me
 until chance comes again....

letting my thoughts
  dance
one more time
....upon the wind

' remember our yesterdays...'

 the way we sang
       the way we danced

we were soooo caught up
         in each other

 if only for
              moments ....
                              at a time

 I lived
                             courageously
through your eyes

 I wasn't sure where I was going...

 or where we've been
              since she last blew

my way

 isn't much to speak of, really

 but I know I miss her
 miss her touch

I know my heart
          is exposed....
 when she comes my way
    taking me to some far off place

I'm  never alone...
            for she follows me there

 we adjoin hands

 we touch
      and it feels
so damn good

it lasts
             as long as it's supposed to

only to vanish
             once more...

just like all of our yesterdays...

 So 
          until chance comes again...
